Using Actions to track Invite commitments and participated conversion rates
Actions are an important component of any organizing campaign, whether it’s new organizing or member organizing. When used in conjunction with Toolbox reports, the features on the Actions tab allows your campaign to track whether a worker has been invited to participate and the conversion rate from invited to participated status.
Open the Person From and search for a worker using the Search Feature. In this example, we will search for Leon Epostol.
Go to the “Assessments and Actions” Tab and Select the Action.
Then mark the fields that you want to enter for that action in the Edit area of the form. In this case you can see that on 12/01/08 Leon was invited to the Lobbying Day and the check box indicates that he participated in the Action.
Following the campaign you can run summary reports to determine the effectiveness of your campaign’s recruiting for the action and follow-through and commitment level from the workers.
