How do I set a Primary Contact for an organization? 

The first person added to an organization automatically becomes the primary
contact.  However, you can change the person by doing the following.


1. Go to the Organization / People Tab.

2. Select the person you want to be the Primary Contact.  In this case, we will select Rubi Wu.

3.  Click on the “Set” button next to the “Primary Contact” at the bottom of the tab.


Rubi is now the primary contact.
