Because there are so many reports to choose from in Organizer’s Toolbox (over 500!) it can be a little overwhelming to sort through them all all the time to find the same report that you use repeatedly. If there are a handful of reports that you use frequently you should take advantage of the Favorites folders to make report selection more efficient.
To set up Favorites, open the Reports Module and select the report you’d like to save. In this example I will be setting Person List 003 as a Favorite.
If you look to the bottom of the report screen you’ll notice an icon with one star
and another icon with two stars
To set up Personal Favorites click the icon with one star. You’ll notice a star will appear next to the report in the list
and you’ll also see it show up in the Favorites folder at the top of the Report Tree.
