Several organizations use Organizers’ Toolbox for “internal” or membership organizing and tracking, something that includes member dues payments and / or political contributions.

When coupled with the powerful reporting capabilities of Toolbox the sophistication of the Import Tool, Organizations can keep all their organizing and financial tracking in one convenient place.
In order to use this feature, you must first Set up the Program in the Programs and Contribution Module. To access it, click the Programs and Contributions button in the Module List.

A new form will open. click the “+” in the upper right corner for “New Program”

A new window will open. Click the “New Program” button at the button of the window.

When the new window opens fill out the information for the new program and click “OK.”

Now when you go back to the person form this program will be available for tracking individuals’ contributions or payments. (You may need to hit the refresh button this first time for it to show up in the drop-down list)
