OT Standard Format for Import Field Names
PRINTIn order to use the import tool, you must rename fields in your import file to match the Import Tool field standards. We’ve created a spreadsheet that may be useful so you can copy and past the names into the proper field headers.The Excel workbook below contains Import Tool field names, corresponding fields in Toolbox, and notes that may be helpful for each field. We’ve broken the importable fields into separate worksheets that correspond to tabs in Toolbox to make it easier to find the import field heading. Please remember that Import Files must be in Microsoft Access file format. Note: The list of Toolbox importable fields is frequently updated. While we do our best to post those updates in this easy-to-use & convenient format, to ensure you’re working with the latest version we recommend that you download the latest version directly from the Import Tool itself. Please see the Import Tool Administrator Guide for these directions.
