How to move a Job Class from one Bargaining Unit to another

Job classes can only be moved from one Bargaining Unit to another Bargaining Unit in the Organizations Module.  To move a job class, open the Organizations Module and select the Barg. Units and Classes tab.

Next, select the job class that you’d like to move from one BU to another BU and click the Move/Edit button at the bottom of the screen.  In this example I will move Rad Tech from the Unknown BU to the Tech BU.

A new dialog box will appear.  Select the appropriate Bargaining Unit and click done.

(Note: Sometimes you may need to click off the Barg Units ad Classes tab in order for the change to show up.)
