Deleting Person Records

Administrators and Users with appropriate rights can delete individual People from the People module.

Deleting an Individual record

Step 1:  Launch the Person Module

Step 2:  Highlight the record you would like to delete

Step 3: Click on the trash can icon.

Step 4: Confirm the deletion.

Deleting Multiple Records

Bulk deletes can only be conducted with administrator authorization and the user will be prompted for an Administrator to approve the delete before it is commited.

Step 1:  Select a range of contiguous records.  Hold down the Shift Key as you select the first and the last records you want selected.  Using the Find or Filter may help you get the records you are looking for.

Step 2: Press the trash can icon.

Step 3: Confirm that you want the selected records deleted.
