Changes to Extracts

In OT 7, we reduced the number of extracts to choose from.

We simplified extracts because several of the extract reports in OT 6 were redundant

Person Extracts in OT 7.0

Any time you would like to export any job information, you must select a report with the word “Job” in the title.  This will allow you to export any available job field.  Additionally, if you need to export other information that does not appear to be available from the “List of Available Fields” on the final Export screen, you can go back to the “Output” tab and add the field in.  for a detailed description of how to do this please see KB article ”Adding Additional Items to Sorting and Grouping.”
